What is Reishi Mushroom?
Reishi mushroom (lat. Ganoderma lucidum) – one of the types of lacquered tinder fungus. The second name of the mushroom is Ganoderma lacquered. The culture has gained wide popularity since ancient times, thanks to its unique healing properties. Japanese healers called it the mushroom of spiritual power. In China, Korea and Japan, tinder fungus has been widely used in folk medicine. Ganoderma supplements came to Russia relatively recently and gained immense popularity.
