Losing weight is a very difficult process: it is often like that we know how to eat – what to eat and in what amounts, but we fail to follow it. - exact hours food
- optimal number of meals – eating is recommended 3 meals, in addition, during the day it is also optimal to eat approx 1 to 3 snackswhich should also be planned and included in the menu
