The experts managed to answer the question. According to them, refusing a late meal stabilizes blood pressure. This is especially true for people with hypertension.
An experiment was conducted in which a group of people suffering from hypertension were asked not to eat two hours before bedtime at least 2-3 times a week. The participants had to overcome their fear of being hungry before going to bed, but all of them, without exception, had no need for a hearty dinner in a short time. And most importantly, the migraine, which often tormented them at night, passed and the state of health improved.
Do not eat after six, or at least before bedtime – in the end, scientists say, it is good for everyone. Such a regime contributes not only to maintaining excellent shape, but has a positive effect on health.
