To make this delicacy, you will need the following products: – 150 grams of slightly salted salmon; – 400 grams of seaweed (if you cook from dried, then 25-30 grams); – 1 carrot; – 1 onion; – 2 cloves of garlic; – red hot peppers; – vinegar; – soy sauce; – vegetable oil.

If you are preparing a dish from dry cabbage, cover it with water and leave for an hour. Then rinse the seaweed, place in a small saucepan over the heat and cook until tender.

Cooking seaweed usually takes 40-50 minutes

Chop the onion, chop the garlic into small cubes and sauté in vegetable oil over low heat. Drain the oil, and put the onion and garlic into a deep bowl, where then send the seaweed. Grate the carrots on a medium grater, cut the salmon into strips and place in a salad bowl. Add one to two tablespoons of spicy vinegar, one to three tablespoons of soy sauce, and red pepper to the remaining vegetable oil from frying. Stir all the ingredients and season the salad.

Try making a simple Chinese cabbage salad. To implement this recipe, you will need: – 300 grams of any red fish; – a small head of Chinese cabbage; – a can of canned corn; – a bunch of parsley; – 1 bell pepper; – olive oil; – lemon juice.

Dice the red fish and pepper, chop the Chinese cabbage, finely chop the greens. Place the ingredients in a salad bowl and stir. Prepare a dressing by mixing three to four tablespoons of olive oil with three to four tablespoons of lemon juice and add it to your salad.
