In the last article, we described the benefits of including pears in the menu, today we will suggest how to use these fruits with a selected meal. Of course, this is not a one-day menu, but examples of using pears in dishes at any time. It is better to opt for 1 such dish during the day.
For breakfast: Sweet sandwich
Ingredients: 1 graham, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 pear.
Manufacturing method: Peel the pear, cut into slices and spread in honey, cut the graham bowl into 2 parts, put a slice of pear on each.
For the XNUMXnd breakfast: Oatmeal with pear
Ingredients: 4 tablespoons of oat flakes, 2 tablespoons of crushed almonds, 2 tablespoons of dried cranberries, 1 teaspoon of honey, 1/2 pear, a small cup of natural yogurt.
Manufacturing method: Dice the pear and sprinkle it in honey, set aside. Mix all ingredients.
Lunch: Breast with pears
Ingredients: 1 chicken breast, 2 pears, 2 tablespoons butter, ginger, curry powder, 2 tablespoons mascarpone, pepper, and salt.
Manufacturing method: Clean the breast, cut into strips and fry lightly in butter. Remove the pieces of meat and pour 1/2 cup of water into the pan and diced pears into the pan. Cook for 5 minutes, add meat, spices and mascarpone. Serve with rice or noodles.
Snack: almond pear cocktail
Ingredients: 1 pear, a handful of almond flakes, a glass of natural yogurt.
Manner of execution: Peel the pear and blend with the rest of the ingredients.
Dinner: Pear salad
Ingredients: 1 pear, 100 g of your favorite blue cheese, mixed salad, 1/2 onion, 10 olives, 1/2 small jar of dried tomatoes in oil, salt and pepper.
Manufacturing method: Peel the pear and dice it, sprinkle the sunflower seeds in a pan, crush the rest of the ingredients and pour the oil over the dried tomatoes. All mix and season.
