Recipes with crab sticks: video how to make a salad
This is the most common recipe for crab sticks. For the traditional flavor, take: – 250g non-frozen crab sticks; – 1 can of sweet canned corn; – 100 g of mayonnaise; – 3 boiled eggs.
Cut the sticks and eggs into pieces, mix with corn and mayonnaise. You can add onions, previously scalded with boiling water, or dill greens to the salad, but without them it turns out to be no less tasty.
If you wish, you can diversify this recipe by adding to the indicated products a couple of fresh cucumbers, or 100 g of Chinese cabbage, or 100 g of boiled rice, or 100 g of grated hard cheese
Dishes made from crab sticks, served as snacks, are no less original. These can be crab stick rolls and mushrooms stuffed with crab sticks. To prepare rolls, take: – 200 g of sticks; – 100 g of soft cheese; – 1 clove of garlic; – dill.
Defrost the sticks and unwind, then brush with a mixture of cheese with garlic and herbs passed through a press. Twist the sticks gently again and place in the refrigerator. To maintain their shape, the sticks must lie in the cold for at least an hour before serving.
To prepare stuffed mushrooms, take: – 200 g of champignons with large caps; – 100 g of crab sticks; – 30 g of mayonnaise; – 15 g of vegetable oil; – 50 g of grated hard cheese.
Carefully separate the stems from the mushrooms and set them aside. Fry the hats until cooked in vegetable oil, put them on a napkin to get rid of excess oil. Chop the crab sticks, mix with grated cheese and mayonnaise, and then fill the cooled mushrooms with the resulting mixture.
If you want to get the taste of melted cheese, after stuffing, heat the mushrooms for a few minutes in the microwave or hot oven.
Lavash rolls with crab sticks
To prepare them, take: – thin pita bread; – 200 g of thawed sticks imitating the taste of crab meat; – 1 hard-boiled egg; – 100 g of hard grated cheese; – several sheets of green salad; – 30 g of mayonnaise.
Grate crab sticks and eggs on a fine grater, mix with cheese and mayonnaise. Put lettuce sheets on top of the pita bread, on top of which spread a mixture of crab sticks, eggs and cheese with mayonnaise. Roll the pita bread and cut into portions.
