Before preparing pancakes with mushrooms, dried forest products should be poured over the mushrooms with cold water, set aside for 1 hour.
Beat eggs with salt and sugar, pour in half of the milk, add flour, mix. Gradually add the remaining milk and water, knead the dough. Bake 10 pancakes in a hot frying pan greased with vegetable oil.
Squeeze the mushrooms, cut into strips. Boil eggs (7 minutes after boiling water), peel, finely chop. Cut the peeled onion into cubes, chop the cabbage. Fry the onion in vegetable oil for 2 minutes. Add mushrooms, fry for 2 more minutes. Put the cabbage, salt, pepper, mix. Cover, simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Ingredients:

Beat eggs with salt and sugar, pour in half of the milk, add flour, mix. Gradually add the remaining milk and water, knead the dough. Bake 10 pancakes in a hot frying pan greased with vegetable oil.
Wash, dry and clean the mushrooms, cut into cubes. Chop the peeled onion, grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Sauté the onion in 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil over low heat for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add mushrooms, fry over low heat for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour in the cream, salt and pepper, stir, bring to a boil and remove from heat.
Put a little filling in the center of each pancake, sprinkle with grated cheese, fold the edges in the form of a bag, tie with a sprig of dill. Put pancake bags on a baking sheet, bake in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for 15 minutes.
Pancakes stuffed with spinach and mushrooms
Ingredients:
15 ready-made pancakes, 1 kg of spinach, 150 g of mushrooms, 100 g of butter, 25 g of flour, 250 ml of milk or cream, salt, black pepper.
Preparation:
Sort the spinach, rinse well, put in salted boiling water for 5-10 minutes, cool with cold water, squeeze well and chop coarsely. Heat the oil, add chopped mushrooms to it, simmer them slightly, add flour and fry, without browning.
Then add spinach, pour fresh cream or milk, salt and pepper to taste, stir well and cook at a boil for 10-15 minutes over low heat until medium thick. Lubricate the pancakes with the prepared filling, roll them up in the form of a roll and bake in the oven.

Ingredients:
15 ready-made pancakes, 100 g spaghetti or pasta, 200 g fresh mushrooms, 2 eggs, 300 g fresh tomatoes, 250 g tomato sauce, 100 g hard cheese, 200 g butter, 20 g sugar, salt.

Before you make pancakes with mushrooms, you need to cook spaghetti in salted water, boil hard-boiled eggs (10 minutes), sort and boil mushrooms, finely chop the tomatoes and fry. Throw the cooked spaghetti in a colander, dry and finely chop.
Heat some oil and add spaghetti in it. Then add the fried tomatoes and half of the grated cheese. Salt to taste and stir the mixture well over the fire.
Lubricate the pancakes with the prepared filling and roll them into a roll.

Ingredients:
