The traditional Russian New Year cannot be imagined without a festive feast that brings together family members or dear guests. On the table, as a rule, there are hot dishes, snacks and, of course, many delicious salads.
Ingredients: – 400 g of boiled beef tongue; – 200 g of hard cheese; – 3 fresh large cucumbers; – 1-2 cloves of garlic; – 1 tbsp. spoon of sour cream; – 2,5 tbsp. tablespoons of mayonnaise.
Cut the tongue and cucumbers into thin strips. Season these ingredients with a mixture of sour cream, mayonnaise and pressed garlic. Grate the cheese on a fine grater and sprinkle on the salad. Stir lightly again and serve.
This New Year’s salad is a great option for those who love pickles and prefer mayonnaise-free dishes. To prepare it, you will need: – 2 boiled potatoes; – 1 large boiled beet; – 300 g of sauerkraut; – 1 boiled carrot; – 2-3 pickled cucumbers; – a head of onion; – 200 g of canned peas; – 3-4 Art. tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Peel potatoes, beets, onions and carrots. Cut into small cubes. Cut the pickles in the same way. Combine these ingredients with sauerkraut, season with vegetable oil and mix thoroughly.
Ingredients: – 2 boiled potatoes; – 350 g of boiled sausage; – 4 hard-boiled eggs; – 3 pickles; – 1 fresh cucumber; – 200 g of canned peas; – 1,5 tbsp. spoons of sour cream; – 3 tbsp. tablespoons of mayonnaise.
Peel the potatoes and eggs. Cut them into cubes along with cucumbers and boiled sausage. Add green peas to them. Mix mayonnaise with sour cream, season salad with this mixture and mix everything thoroughly.

Recipe for New Year’s salad with pineapple and cheese
Ingredients: – 300 g of canned pineapples; – 1-2 cloves of garlic; – 200 g of hard cheese; – 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sour cream; – 1 tbsp. a spoonful of mayonnaise.
Cut the pineapples into cubes. Add grated cheese to them. Mix the garlic, sour cream and mayonnaise in a separate bowl. Season the salad with this mixture and stir gently.
Ingredients: – 3 boiled eggs; – 1 boiled beetroot; – 2 boiled carrots; – 2 boiled potatoes; – 250 g cheese; – 2 cloves of garlic; – 250 g mayonnaise.
Grate all the ingredients and place on a flat dish in the following sequence: beets, carrots, potatoes, eggs, cheese. Lubricate each layer, except the last, with mayonnaise.
Ingredients: – 300 g of white cabbage; – 100 g of seaweed; – 1 sweet red pepper; – ½ bunch of green onions; – 1 teaspoon of lemon juice; – olive oil; – salt to taste.
Chop the cabbage into long thin strips. Add chopped bell peppers, chopped green onions and seaweed to it. Season with salt to taste, season with lemon juice and olive oil. Stir and serve.
Ingredients: – 2 cups of boiled rice; – 250 g of slightly salted salmon; – 300 g of boiled shrimp; – 4 eggs; – a head of onion; – 6 tbsp. spoons of red caviar; – 250-300 g of mayonnaise.
Peel the shrimp, cut the salmon into small pieces, and the eggs into cubes. Peel the onion, chop and cover with boiling water for 10 minutes to remove the bitterness. Mix these ingredients and cooked rice. Season the salad with mayonnaise. Place on a flat dish in a slide and spread the red caviar over the entire surface.
Ingredients: – a can of canned pink salmon; – 150 g of hard cheese; – 100 g of butter; – a head of onion; – 6 boiled eggs; – 250 g of mayonnaise.
Separate the whites from the yolks, chop the onion and pour boiling water for a couple of minutes so that it loses its bitterness. Freeze the butter and soften the pink salmon with a fork. Rub the whites over a flat plate, spreading them evenly, and gently brush with mayonnaise. Put half of the pink salmon and brush with mayonnaise again. Then spread the onion, grate the butter, add the remaining pink salmon and brush with mayonnaise. Grate the cheese on a fine grater, and spread the grated yolks on top.
The secret of delicious “Mimosa” is to rub all the ingredients directly over the salad bowl, without crushing or straightening with a spoon or hand.
Ingredients: – 350 g of boiled shrimp; – 350 g of Chinese cabbage; – 100 g of canned corn; – 1 red bell pepper; – 2 tbsp. spoons of soy sauce; – 1 teaspoon of fresh ginger; – 4 tbsp. tablespoons of sesame oil; – salt and black pepper to taste.
Wash the cabbage, dry and chop coarsely. Cut the pepper into strips. Place vegetables in a salad bowl and add shrimp and corn to them. Combine soy sauce, grated ginger and sesame oil in a bottle. Pour the prepared dressing over the salad and season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir and serve immediately.
Ingredients: – 2 boiled beets; – 100 g of prunes; – 2 tbsp. tablespoons of ground walnuts; – salt to taste; – 1,5 tbsp. tablespoons of mayonnaise or 1,5 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil.
Peel and grate the beets. Cut the prunes into thin strips. Mix these ingredients with nuts, salt, and season with mayonnaise or olive oil.
– 500 g of boiled beef heart; – 1 glass of walnuts; – 1 carrot; – salt; – vegetable oil; – 3-4 tbsp. tablespoons of mayonnaise.
Peel the carrots, cut into very fine strips and fry over low heat. Chop the nuts and cut the heart into thin strips. Mix all the ingredients, salt and season with mayonnaise.
Ingredients: – 300 g of canned seaweed; – 3 boiled eggs; – 1/3 bunch of green onions; – salt; – vegetable oil; – ½ teaspoon of vinegar.
Peel and dice the eggs. Add seaweed and chopped onions to these. Season with salt to taste, season with lemon juice and vegetable oil.
Ingredients: – 100 g of canned pineapples; – 2 bananas; – 1 apple; – 100 g of seedless grapes; – orange; – 200 g of low-fat yogurt.
Peel the apple, bananas, orange and cut into large cubes. Slice the pineapple in the same way. Add grapes to the products, season with yogurt and mix.
