Homemade puff pastries with meat
Cut the dough layers into equal squares, and then roll them out with a rolling pin so that the thickness of the portions obtained is 5 mm, and the width of each side is 10-13 cm. Place the filling in the middle of each pie. It is worth putting in more fillings, as the pie will rise during cooking. Remember to leave the edges for pinching.
Before decorating the edges, brush them with a beaten egg to prevent the patties from sticking together. Pinch the pies as you like: with a triangle or rectangle.
Also brush the pies that are ready and placed on a baking sheet with oiled paper with an egg to give them a glossy shine. Before sending the sweet treat to the oven, let it stand at room temperature for 10-15 minutes. Bake quick and simple patties for about 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
Sweet pies with cottage cheese
To quickly bake 12 cottage cheese pies, you will need: – 500 grams of ready-made puff pastry; – 300-400 grams of fatty crumbly cottage cheese; – 2 large eggs; – 65 grams of sugar; – 50 grams of sour cream; – ¼ teaspoon of salt; – 1 tablespoon semolina (can be replaced with flour); – vanillin to taste.
Defrost the dough. To prepare the filling, combine cottage cheese, 1 egg, flour or semolina, sour cream, sugar, salt and vanillin. Cut the dough into squares as for the meat pie recipe. Then place the pie blank with a diamond shape – so that the tops are on top.
Place the curd filling in the center of the rhombus and pinch only two edges – the ones on the side. You should have a half-open cake. Remember to grease the baked goods with a beaten egg and place in the oven for 30 minutes.
