  • Zucchini – 200 g.

Grind the apple and zucchini on a grater or in a blender. Place all the ingredients in a slow cooker and turn on the “Porridge” mode. While serving, add a little butter to it.

You can use pumpkin instead of squash. Add chopped dried apricots or raisins if desired, or garnish with ripe seedless kiwi.

You can add a little sour cream to the finished soup. For the second child, be sure to give meat every day, 1-2 times a week you can replace it with fish. It can be cooked and mashed, and also served in the form of cutlets, beef stroganoff, meatballs. Cereals and vegetables are used as a side dish. Here are some options:

  1. Buckwheat cooked in water, the “Milk porridge” mode is used in the multicooker. It turns out to be soft and boiled. For 1 glass of cereal, take 4 glasses of water.
  2. Mashed potatoes. To make it airy, you can use not a blender, but a mixer. As a result, it turns out without lumps.
