Sort the rice, rinse, pour into boiling salted water and boil until tender. Then put the rice on a sieve, season with butter. Rice should be fluffy.
Combine rice with mushrooms, add sour cream, mix and put in a frying pan, greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs. Grease the surface with egg and sour cream, sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Put the mushroom casserole in the oven and bake until golden brown.
Serve with sour cream or butter.
