If you suspect that you or someone close to you has a food allergy, it is worth going to an allergist who will allow you to detect potentially dangerous products. Most often, however, adults are allergic to the following types of products: beans, carrots, hazelnuts, peanuts, milk, wheat flour, peas, celery, coconuts, peaches, baking powder, almonds, mustard, beef, cereal proteins, fish or eggs . It should be remembered that various types of dyes added to dishes and ready-made products, including dyes: E102, E104, E110 or E129, are also often allergic.

 

The best and proven recipes for allergy sufferers:

1. Homemade oat bread

Do not contain: milk, corn, sugar, soy, eggs, gluten, eggs

Ingredients: 2 cups of gluten-free oatmeal, half a cup of rice flour, half a cup of buckwheat flour, 1 cup of potato flour, 1 packet of yeast, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1,5 cups of water, 2 tablespoons of oil

A method of preparing:

Mix together the yeast and the collected flours. Mix everything by adding salt, oil and water. After obtaining the right mass, put the dough into the form. Cover with a cloth and wait for the dough to rise. Then bake for about 1 hour at 190 ºC.

2. Tasty pancakes for allergy sufferers

They do not contain: milk, eggs

Ingredients: 1 cup of wheat flour, 1 cup of goat’s milk, a pinch of salt, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, half a glass of sparkling mineral water

A method of preparing:

Add flour, milk, salt, oil and mineral water to the bowl. Mix it all together for a long time. The dough should be thick. Pour portions of the batter into the hot pan until the pancake is golden brown. We fry on both sides. Serve with fresh fruit or jam.

3. Healthy barley soup for allergy sufferers

Do not contain: milk, meat, gluten

Ingredients: 2 medium-sized potatoes, a piece of celery, 1 parsley, 2 carrots, a piece of leek, half a glass of millet, allspice to taste, pepper, salt, dill, 2 tablespoons of oil

A method of preparing:

Pour about 2 liters of water into the pot. Wash, peel and chop the vegetables. Rinse the buckthorn well. Add vegetables, spices, oil and groats to the water. Cook the soup until the groats and vegetables are tender. Decorate the barley soup with dill on a plate.

4. Cocktail with oatmeal

Ingredients: 2 cups of cherries, 1 apple, a teaspoon of honey, half a cup of gluten-free oatmeal
