Recipes for alcoholic and non-alcoholic crucons

Kruchons are drinks prepared on the basis of wine (liqueur, champagne) with fruits. Cognac, rum, whiskey, vodka are added to stronger options. There are also non-alcoholic crocks, in which alcohol is replaced with sweet soda or mineral water. We will look at the best crochet recipes, suitable cooking at home.

Pay special attention to the choice of fruits, it is better to take fresh ones. In winter, canned fruits are suitable, but the taste will not be so rich. It is important that one fruit does not interrupt the taste of others. Strawberries, cherries and peaches go well together, or oranges with grapes.

4. Strawberries, together with the juice that has stood out, are transferred to a container for making a crucible. Then add peaches and cherries there. Pour fruit with dry wine and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

5. Remove the container from the refrigerator, add champagne to the drink.

6. Add a few ice cubes to the glasses and pour the beaker. Makes approximately 15 servings. For decoration, you can put a few strawberries on top. The optimum serving temperature is 8-10 °C. It is customary to drink crucons from crystal glassware, but any other will do.

Recipes for alcoholic and non-alcoholic crucons

To make a non-alcoholic punch, it is enough to replace alcohol with one liter of sweet soda, such as sprite, or ordinary mineral water. In the latter case, I recommend adding 150 grams of sugar.

Krušon in watermelon

You can surprise your guests with a beautiful serving of the drink, and making a watermelon champagne crock is not much more difficult than a regular one. It just takes some time to turn the watermelon into a bowl container.

Ingredients:

  • cognac – 100 ml;
  • orange liqueur – 100 ml;
  • white wine (dry or semi-sweet) – 750 ml;
  • champagne – 750 ml;
  • large watermelon – 1 piece;
  • grapes – 350 grams;
  • peach – 1 piece;
  • apples – 2 pieces;
  • sugar – 5 tablespoons.

Only a ripe watermelon weighing at least 7-9 kg, inside of which there is an empty space, is suitable for a crochet. Orange liqueur can be replaced with any other fruit counterpart. Depending on the desired sweetness, choose a dry or semi-sweet wine.

As in the previous case, a non-alcoholic punch in watermelon is prepared by replacing alcohol with mineral water.

Preparation

1. Put all the ingredients in the refrigerator for several hours.

2. Cut the fruit into small slices, put in a bowl, sprinkle with sugar, pour cognac and wine, put back in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

3. Let’s get to the fun part – preparing the watermelon. Cut off the “hat” and remove all the pulp. Next, remove the pits from the flesh and cut into small pieces. During cutting, a lot of juice will stand out, which must be collected, otherwise the pie will turn out not so tasty.
