Ingredients White sauce

butter 30.0 (gram)
wheat flour, premium 40.0 (gram)
water 500.0 (gram)
Method of preparation

Put half of the butter in a saucepan, melt, add flour diluted in water and, stirring, boil for 2-3 minutes. Add hot water gradually so that no lumps remain. Simmer for 10 minutes and add the remaining butter in small pieces. Do not cook any more. Salt and pepper.
