Method of preparation

Prepared cabbage is chopped, sprinkled with salt (15 g per 1 kg) and rubbed until juice and soft consistency are released. Cut apples without skin (with the seed nest removed) and peeled celery cut into strips. Combine cabbage, apples, celery, add vinegar, sugar, vegetable oil, mix and leave for 30 minutes. After that, the salad is laid in a slide and released.
