Method of preparation

Cut sweet pepper into strips, cucumbers and meat into cubes, cabbage with noodles, tomatoes into slices and combine all this with boiled rice. Add finely chopped onion, herbs, salt and season with kefir, to which a dessert spoon of mustard is added.
