Method of preparation

The peeled turnips are boiled until tender and part of the pulp is taken out with a spoon or notch. The zucchini are peeled, cut across into pieces 3-5 cm long, depending on the diameter of the zucchini, remove the seeds with a part of the pulp and boil until half cooked in salted water. Then boiled turnips or zucchini are filled with minced meat so that it acts as a slide. Place on a greased baking sheet, sprinkle with grated cheese, sprinkle with butter and bake. Pour baked turnips or zucchini with sauce or sour cream and bring to a boil. To prepare minced meat, carrots and onions are cut into strips or sautéed with fat into cubes. Rice groats are boiled in salted water, thrown back and mixed with browned vegetables, a finely chopped part of turnip pulp and a finely chopped hard-boiled egg.
