The peeled turnips are boiled until tender and part of the pulp is taken out with a spoon or notch. The zucchini are peeled, cut across into pieces 3-5 cm long, depending on the diameter of the zucchini, remove the seeds with a part of the pulp and boil until half cooked in salted water. Then boiled turnips or zucchini are filled with minced meat so that it acts as a slide. Place on a greased baking sheet, sprinkle with grated cheese, sprinkle with butter and bake.
