Method of preparation

Wipe the boiled potatoes, stir until mashed. Beat butter with sugar, yolks and lemon zest, stir in crushed apricot kernels, add flour and mashed potatoes, then whipped whites. Put the mass on a greased baking sheet and bake in the oven.
