Method of preparation
Peel the apples from seed pods and skins, cut into slices. Melt butter in a saucepan, put apple slices, stir and close with a lid so that the apples do not darken. Do not put on fire! Peel the boiled beets, cut into slices, combine with apples, add sugar, sour cream to taste and simmer over the fire for 10-15 minutes. Serve as a vegetable side dish. Sour cream and sugar are added to taste.
