Ingredients Sponge cake with nuts
wheat flour, premium | 1.0 (grain glass) |
condensed milk with sugar | 400.0 (gram) |
sugar | 1.0 (grain glass) |
chicken egg | 3.0 (piece) |
peanuts | 1.0 (grain glass) |
vanillin | 1.0 (gram) |
The dough is a regular sponge cake: beat 3 eggs and a glass of sugar until white foam, add a glass of flour and mix well. Spices to taste (vanilla, cardamom, zest and others and so on, you can ground black pepper – it turns out very well if you take the right dose). Bake in any shape. It can be on tracing paper, but the main thing is not to overexpose, as with any biscuit. Cream: cook a jar of condensed milk for an hour or two. Take a glass of any nuts (it works very well with lightly toasted and peeled peanuts!) And crush. Mix with condensed milk. Spices (again, to taste) are not bad a little cinnamon or the same vanilla. Note that it is desirable to complete both operations (making cream and cake layers) at the same time. The cream is poured onto a baked biscuit sheet, then the sheet is cut into four pieces and the pieces are stacked on top of each other. You can cut it first, and then fold it, having missed it. You can roll it up, but it is quite difficult to make it until the moment when the biscuit hardens. The cream quickly cools and thickens, so you need to do it quickly. If the sponge cake around the edges is slightly (not very much) burnt, cut off and collect these “crackers”, crush, sprinkle on top. Can be covered with glaze, can be coated with the same cream on all sides.

The energy value is 355,3 kcal.
- Vitamin B1 is part of the most important enzymes of carbohydrate and energy metabolism, which provide the body with energy and plastic substances, as well as the metabolism of branched-chain amino acids. Lack of this vitamin leads to serious disorders of the nervous, digestive and cardiovascular systems.
- Vitamin B2 participates in redox reactions, enhances the color sensitivity of the visual analyzer and dark adaptation. Insufficient intake of vitamin B2 is accompanied by a violation of the condition of the skin, mucous membranes, impaired light and twilight vision.
- Vitamin PP participates in redox reactions of energy metabolism. Insufficient vitamin intake is accompanied by disruption of the normal state of the skin, gastrointestinal tract and nervous system.
- potassium is the main intracellular ion that takes part in the regulation of water, acid and electrolyte balance, participates in the processes of nerve impulses, pressure regulation.
- Calcium is the main component of our bones, acts as a regulator of the nervous system, participates in muscle contraction. Calcium deficiency leads to demineralization of the spine, pelvic bones and lower extremities, increases the risk of osteoporosis.
- Magnesium participates in energy metabolism, synthesis of proteins, nucleic acids, has a stabilizing effect on membranes, is necessary to maintain homeostasis of calcium, potassium and sodium. Lack of magnesium leads to hypomagnesemia, an increased risk of developing hypertension, heart disease.
- Phosphorus takes part in many physiological processes, including energy metabolism, regulates acid-base balance, is a part of phospholipids, nucleotides and nucleic acids, is necessary for the mineralization of bones and teeth. Deficiency leads to anorexia, anemia, rickets.
- Cobalt is part of vitamin B12. Activates enzymes of fatty acid metabolism and folic acid metabolism.
