Ingredients Spicy rice with tomatoes

rice groats 200.0 (gram)
onion 2.0 (piece)
garlic onion 2.0 (piece)
leek 200.0 (gram)
tomatoes 4.0 (piece)
olive oil 2.0 (table spoon)
parsley 2.0 (table spoon)
tomato paste 2.0 (table spoon)
hot pepper 1.0 (teaspoon)
Method of preparation

Bring the rice to a boil in 500 ml of salted water and cook until tender for 20-30 minutes. Chop the onion into small cubes, crush the garlic. Cut the leeks into rings. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes, peel and chop finely. Saute the onions and garlic until transparent in vegetable oil. Add the leek and simmer for another 2 minutes. Stir in the tomato paste. Dilute with 125 ml of broth, add tomatoes. Season with 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper, Tabasco sauce and salt. Add rice. Serve sprinkled with parsley. Cooking time 40 minutes. Amount of food – 4 servings.
