Method of preparation
Cut the meat into cubes and fry in a saucepan with heated fat. Add finely chopped mushrooms, grated carrots, fry, add boiling water, salt and cook for 20 minutes. Add finely chopped spinach, boil the soup. When serving, put 2 circles of hard-boiled eggs, sour cream, herbs in each plate.
