Method of preparation
A few hours before cooking, rinse the cereals and soak in lukewarm water. Cook the swollen groats with finely chopped parsley and celery roots, fried finely chopped onions, salt. When the groats are soft, add the tomato paste. Serve with sour cream, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
