Ingredients Strawberry Semolina Pudding

semolina 250.0 (gram)
milk cow 1000.0 (gram)
lemon zest 0.5 (teaspoon)
sugar 20.0 (gram)
almonds sweet 1.0 (teaspoon)
chicken egg 2.0 (piece)
butter 50.0 (gram)
garden strawberry 500.0 (gram)
Method of preparation

Bring the milk to a boil, add salt, lemon zest and sugar, then add the semolina, stirring gently, let it boil. Remove from heat, add 3 bitter almonds and eggs, stir quickly. Put the resulting thick mass on a flat plate, after rinsing it with cold water, and shape the mass into a rectangle. Allow to set and cut the resulting pudding into equal parts. Pour the prepared pieces of pudding with melted butter. Serve with strawberry compote.
