Method of preparation
Boil the milk, add a little salt, add semolina and boil it, stirring constantly. Add yolks, margarine, chopped nuts and almonds, prepared raisins and spices to the warm porridge. Beat the protein, sugar and add porridge. Grease the dish, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, lay the porridge and pears, cut into small pieces and poured with lemon juice in layers, and put in the oven for baking for 40-50 minutes. Put the finished pudding on a flat warmed up dish and pour over the fruit juice.
