Method of preparation

Pour semolina into boiling milk and cook with continuous stirring for 15-20 minutes. Shortly before the end of cooking, add sugar, chopped almonds, salt, yolk. Let the mixture cool slightly and then add the well-beaten protein. Rinse the molds with cold water, fill them with cooked pudding and put them out in the cold.
