cow’s milk, sterilized 3,5% 1.0 (grain glass)
sunflower oil 2.0 (table spoon)
Method of preparation

In a steep semolina porridge (2 tablespoons per glass of milk), stir in half the raw yolk and a teaspoon of cheese grated on a fine grater, salt, cool. Cut into small balls 5 cm in diameter, roll them in breadcrumbs and fry them in raw yolk.
