Method of preparation

Washed and divided into inflorescences (small coleslaw) cauliflower in boiling salted water and cook until soft (but not overcooked). Peel fresh cucumbers, and tomatoes from the stalks. Cut into slices, Chop green onions. Mix vegetables and season them with sugar, salt and a mixture of mayonnaise and sour cream.
