Method of preparation
Salted mushrooms are separated from the brine, washed, cut into slices. Pickled cucumbers, peeled, cut into slices, onions are chopped. The sauerkraut is sorted out (washed if it is very sour), squeezed out and finely chopped. All components are combined, seasoned with vegetable oil and mixed.
