Method of preparation
Trim the eggs from the blunt end and remove the yolks from them. Grate the yolks on a fine grater. Prepare the minced meat: fry the soaked and then boiled and chopped mushrooms in vegetable oil along with finely chopped ham, adding salt and pepper to taste. Mix most of the yolk with the prepared minced meat, leave the smaller part to decorate the salad. Stuff the eggs. Cut the mushroom caps from the tomatoes and fix them on the eggs. On top of the caps, apply dots from the crushed yolk. Arrange the mushrooms on a plate, sprinkle with herbs around, which will imitate grass.
