Ingredients Raw Carrot and Turnip Salad

turnip 2.0 (piece)
sunflower oil 2.0 (table spoon)
table salt 0.2 (teaspoon)
vinegar 1.0 (table spoon)

Method of preparation

Peeled and washed with cold water turnips and carrots grate with large holes or chop into strips and salt. Season with a mixture of vinegar and vegetable oil, to which add sugar.
