Method of preparation
Marinate chicken breasts in white wine with a little sweet pepper, leave them for 12 hours (less is possible). Then cut them together with cucumbers, tomatoes and peppers into small pieces. Lay out in layers in a salad bowl, after putting a leaf of lettuce in it: first vegetables with pickled peppers, then chicken meat. Put capers on top (can be replaced with olives). Drizzle with a little marinade. Decorate with a sprig of parsley.

- Vitamin A is responsible for normal development, reproductive function, skin and eye health, and maintaining immunity.
