Rinse pork loin (meat on ribs), dry, put on a baking sheet vertically, ribs upwards so that a ring forms. Cut the meat between the ribs, tie the beginning and end of the ring. On the ribs, so that they do not burn, string halves of peeled potatoes. Sprinkle the meat with salt, pepper and thin slices of bacon. Fry in the oven for about an hour, pouring abundantly with broth. When the meat is half done, fill the circle it has formed with minced meat. Prepare minced meat from white bread, chopped apples, onions, butter and flavoring. Remove the potatoes from the ribs and chop quarters of apples on them. Place the baking sheet with the meat in the oven again and fry the meat until tender. Serve with potatoes.
