Rinse pork loin (meat on ribs), dry, put on a baking sheet vertically, ribs upwards so that a ring forms. Cut the meat between the ribs, tie the beginning and end of the ring. On the ribs, so that they do not burn, string halves of peeled potatoes. Sprinkle the meat with salt, pepper and thin slices of bacon.
