Method of preparation
The meat is cut into pieces weighing 30-40 g and fried. Raw peeled potatoes are cut into large cubes (if small – in half) and fried until half cooked, finely chopped onions are sautéed. Prepared meat and vegetables. Put in a pot, add washed prunes, sliced tomatoes, salt, pepper, bay leaf, pour in broth and stew until tender.
