Method of preparation
Pour the washed rice into boiling milk and boil it. Then cool the rice a little, add sour cream, flour, eggs, sugar and salt, mix everything well. Divide the dough into portions and bake in the form of flat omelets. Then add 2 omelettes each, and sprinkle with sugar and cherries between them.
