Method of preparation
Finely chopped onion is sautéed, vinegar, black peppercorns are added. boil for 5-7 minutes, combine with the main red sauce, cook for 10-15 minutes add Southern sauce, finely chopped stewed pickled or pickled cucumbers, peeled and seeds.
