Method of preparation
Cut the pumpkin into slices, peel, core, cut into slices. Boil water with sugar, add spices and vinegar, pour this hot syrup over pumpkin. After cooling, drain the marinade, boil again, dip the pumpkin into it and cook over low heat until the pumpkin becomes transparent.
