Method of preparation

Potatoes are placed in boiling broth or water, cut into cubes, cubes or wedges, brought to a boil, sauteed vegetables cut into slices or cubes are added and cooked until tender. 5-10 minutes before the end of cooking, add sauteed tomato puree, spices, salt.
