Method of preparation
The mass of boiled peeled potatoes is indicated. Boiled peeled potatoes are cut into slices, onions are cut into half rings. The mushrooms are separated from the brine and washed. Large mushrooms are cut into 2-4 pieces. Chopped potatoes are combined with prepared onions, mushrooms and lingonberries. The salad is seasoned with vegetable oil and can be sprinkled with finely chopped dill (3 g per serving).
