Method of preparation
Raw peeled potatoes and carrots are rubbed, cabbage is finely chopped, eggs, sifted flour, prepared sodium bicarbonate are added and mixed thoroughly. The pancakes are baked on both sides in heated, greased pans. The thickness of the finished products should be at least 5-6 mm. Pancakes are released in 2 pieces. per serving with sour cream
