Method of preparation
Dough: grind 2 yolks, margarine and half a glass of sugar. Add half a teaspoon of baking soda (extinguish with vinegar), flour. Filling: mix 1 egg, a glass of sugar and cottage cheese. Add 2 egg whites. Grate the zest of 1 lemon. Put the dough (not all) on a sheet or in a mold, put the filling on top, wrap the edges of the dough. Cut circles out of the remaining dough and place along the edge in the form of scallops (or cut out strips and lay with a wire rack).
