Method of preparation
Apples with the seed nest removed, cut into skinny slices, are added to the pickled beets and mixed. On vacation, the salad is poured with sour cream.

- Cobalt is part of vitamin B12. Activates enzymes of fatty acid metabolism and folic acid metabolism.
