To prepare minced meat, rice groats are boiled in salted water until half cooked and thrown back, then added to the vegetable mince. Pepper is released with sauce, in which it is baked and sprinkled with chopped herbs. For minced meat: cut carrots into small strips and sauté; onions cut into half rings are sautéed separately.
