Method of preparation
Kefir is combined with sour cream, sugar, salt, prepared sodium bicarbonate, egg yolks, melted butter or margarine are added. Then add the sifted flour, mix thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is obtained and filter. Whisk the whites and mix gently with the dough. Pancakes are baked on both sides in heated cast-iron pans greased with vegetable oil. The thickness of the pancakes should be at least 3 mm. For the sauce, honey, butter or margarine, sour cream, stir and bring to a boil. When released, the pancakes are cut, put in envelopes. The sauce is served separately.
