Ingredients Pancakes with poppy seeds

wheat flour, premium 1.0 (grain glass)
milk cow 1.0 (grain glass)
chicken egg 3.0 (piece)
table salt 0.5 (teaspoon)
animal fat 2.0 (table spoon)
fat cottage cheese 18% 200.0 (gram)
milk cow 0.5 (grain glass)
poppy seed 100.0 gram (bulkhead, sifting, flushing)
raisins 250.0 gram (cold processing, stewing)
sugar2.0 table. spoon (cold processing)
Method of preparation

Pour poppy seeds, ground in a coffee grinder and washed raisins into 0.5 cups of milk. Warm up the mixture until thick, add sugar, cool and mix with cottage cheese and two yolks. Sift flour into the dishes, add a glass of milk in parts, salt. Add 1 whole egg and 2 whites into the dough, mix everything well. Bake thin pancakes on one side only, turn them over on a plate, spread the filling on the fried side, roll up. Having prepared all the pancakes in this way, put them on a baking sheet, grease with oil and fry in a well-heated oven.
