Method of preparation

Sort the oatmeal and cook for 15 minutes. Then strain it, rub through a sieve and add to the broth. Cut apples into slices, onion rings, chop carrots and add to soup. Season with lemon juice, spices, salt. Bring to a boil and refrigerate. Serve with sour cream.
