Method of preparation
Noodles, or pasta, or noodles are cooked without throwing back. The mashed cottage cheese is mixed with raw eggs, salt and sugar. The mixture is combined with boiled pasta, spread on a baking sheet greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs. The surface of the noodles is smeared with sour cream, sprinkled with fat and baked. Let go of noodles with fat or sour cream.
