Ingredients Nice sauce

wheat flour, premium 2.0 (table spoon)
butter 5.0 (teaspoon)
chicken yolk 2.0 (piece)
lemon juice 3.0 (table spoon)
onion 1.0 (piece)
dill 30.0 (gram)
ground black pepper 2.0 (gram)
table salt 3.0 (gram)
water 2.5 (grain glass)
parsley 30.0 (gram)
Method of preparation

Fry finely chopped and lightly boiled mushrooms. Spread finely chopped onion. Separately sauté the flour with two tablespoons of butter, then dilute the sautéer with water, salt, put on fire and cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Cool, add the remaining butter, crushed egg yolks, lemon juice, fried mushrooms and onions, put on fire and simmer until thick. Put chopped greens and peppers in the prepared sauce and serve with meat and fish.
