Ingredients Mushroom salad with herring

boletus 500.0 (gram)
herring ivashi 400.0 (gram)
pickled cucumber 50.0 (gram)
chicken egg 1.0 (piece)
onion 1.0 (piece)
sunflower oil 3.0 (table spoon)
vinegar 1.0 (teaspoon)
Bay leaf 2.0 (piece)
table salt 0.5 (teaspoon)
Method of preparation

Cook the peeled and washed mushrooms for 15-20 minutes in acidified and salted water along with spices. Throw the boiled mushrooms on a sieve to glass the water, cool and cut into thin strips. Peel the soaked herring, remove the bones, finely chop the pulp. Mix mushrooms with herring, finely chopped onion, peeled cucumber, add spices, oil, mix. Put in a salad bowl, garnish with mushroom caps, hard-boiled egg and herbs.
