Method of preparation

If the mushrooms are dry, pour water over the mushrooms in the evening. Finely chop the mushrooms and cook until tender. Put peeled and chopped potatoes in boiling mushroom broth. Add finely chopped onions in oil. Put in soup. Salt. Serve with sour cream and herbs.
